This koob will teach you Gary Keller’s astonishingly simple technique to help you fulfill your objectives—"The One Thing."

You’ll find out how to:

-Reorganize your life according to your priorities;

-Overcome that feeling of being rushed or of not having enough time;

-Get better results faster;

-Put in place a strategy to realize your goals;

-Reduce stress and rediscover your energy; and

-Work out what really matters to you.

Gary Keller doesn’t put his success down to the fact that he worked harder or longer than anyone else, but rather a precise methodology he coined "the one thing." The essence in his idea is to identify the one thing which, once completed, will make all the other aspects of a problem or a project easier to achieve or simply unnecessary.

My summary: Domino effect - Small actions in succession leads to big results. Pareto principle - 20% of actions produce 80% of results (find 20 of 20 again until ONE is found). Multitasking - Avoid and focus on task. Habit - Discipline is unreliable. Takes 66 days to develop a habit, use discipline until then. Big Q&A - Think big, focus on it and find the answer. Formula - What do you “want”? What actions fulfill that “want”? Then do it. Master - Never stop learning. Life - Live with no regrets.
